Hello everyone.  I hope you are enjoying the summer and not suffering too much from the heat.  Here at Creativity we are having a "cool" summer!  Now we have an air conditioning unit, the shop is a very pleasant place to be and, most importantly, we can now craft in comfort all year round.

 

I know many of you are missing the pleasure of crafting with friends during the summer months when the craft clubs are on holiday so now at Creativity we are offering you the opportunity to come along on weekday mornings at any time between 10.30 and 1.00 and craft to your heart's content.  You will be able to use certain stamps, inkpads and embossing powders, glitters, pencils and crystal lacquers, stencils, templates and tools, all from my own personal collection (and as you know, I have pretty well one of everything on sale in the shop!) which will give you the chance to try before you buy.

 

I shall, of course, be on hand to offer advice and help with any technique you are not sure about and we shall all have the chance to swap ideas and learn from each other.  Refreshments will be available and you can stay for as long as you like.  There is no need to book, just come along whenever you like.  All you need to bring are your own basic tools, craft mat, scissors, knife, etc. and needless to say, you take home anything you make.  The charge for these Make & Take sessions is just 3 euros but FREE if you spend 40 euros or more in the shop.

 

This does not affect our usual timetable of structured classes, which will still run between 3-5pm on certain days and although we have no classes scheduled for August, please remember that any class can be held by arrangement for groups of between 2 and 5 people.  Just let me know what you want to do and we can fix a date.

 

Just a few quick product updates this month - Photo Glue, Versamark pens and Black Stazon inkpads are all now back in stock.  Still waiting for the new Woodware paper trimmers, they say they are expected in early August so I'll let you know as soon as they arrive.

 

We are currently working on re-vamping the Creativity website so if you have recently sent me photos for inclusion in the customers' gallery, don't worry, I haven't forgotten them, they will all feature on the new site.
