Hello everyone and welcome to a long overdue newsletter. As many of you already know we have been preparing to move to a new premises and the news is, we are finally OPEN.
The new address is Calle Constitución, 33 in Gata de Gorgos and the Contacts page on our website has been updated with the new location map. It is only about 200 metres away from the old shop and very easy to find: just across the Plaza Nueva, behind Mas y Mas and the Chemist. If you visited our stand at the Gata al Carrer street fayre in recent years, that is exactly where the new shop is. We are very happy with this new central location, where we are surrounded by other shops and far less isolated than out on the main road. It is also next door but one to a bar with tables and parasols outside in the square so perhaps now certain husbands will feel happier about bringing their wives shopping if they have somewhere pleasant to wait for them!
A few new products are back in stock this month: double sided adhesive tape, silicon glue, tape runners and photo glue. We now have 3d foam pads available in 1mm, 2mm and 3mm thicknesses, as well as in black, which is great for use with dark cardstock and decoupage papers.
Brand new from DMC is the Satin range of threads: 36 vibrant colours for cross stitch and traditional embroidery. More details and photos are on our website. All the DMC threads, kits and fabrics are now available for purchase online. We have taken the opportunity of moving to a larger premises to increase our range of cross stitch kits as well as haberdashery and would just like to remind you that we stock zips, velcro, sewing thread, pins and needles, crochet hooks and cotton, aida, linen and evenweave fabrics, tapestry canvases, buttons and much more....
We do hope you will come and visit the new shop and look forward to welcoming you at Creativity very soon. By the way, the opening hours have changed slightly: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1300 and 1600 - 2000. Saturdays 1000 - 1300.
