Shipments and Returns

As a general rule, all purchases made on creativityspain.com are subject to the terms and conditions shown on this page.

** Please note we have a minimum order value of 10 euros **

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total price of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.  Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Payment Method

• PayPal. Internet payment method which allows you to pay conveniently and safely with your credit or debit card or by bank transfer.  Find out more information here.  This payment method is immediate and you do not need a Paypal account. 

Deliveries in Spain (including Canary Islands and Ceuta & Melilla)

All deliveries are handled by post (Correos).   Packages weighing less than 2kg. are sent by Correo Certificado (Registered post),  heavier items are sent by Paquete Azul.  It is our intention to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is on its way.  If you have not received your package within 10 working days after receipt of the email, please let us know so we can investigate the cause of the delay.

European and Worldwide Deliveries

All deliveries are handled by post (Correos).   Packages weighing less than 2kg. are sent by Correo Certificado Internacional (Registered International post),  heavier items are sent by Paquete Internacional (Registered international parcel post).   It is our intention to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is on its way.  If you have not received your package within 15 working days after receipt of the email, please let us know so we can investigate the cause of the delay.

Tariff

Returns

In accordance with the law, there is a period of 7 days for the return of any article due to damage or bad condition.  We only accept returns of articles that are damaged or in bad condition.

To request return of a product you should write to us at info@creativityspain.com indicating your order number, product code and reason for return.  It is very important that the article be returned in its original packaging for us to be able to apply a refund.  The cost of postage will be reimbursed together with the refund once the damaged article has been received and verified by us.
